3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Primal Peptides. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are not binding until payment is confirmed. For manual payment methods, orders are held for 48 hours pending payment. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states via Standard Shipping, typically arriving within 2-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals and our strict quality standards, we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or quality-deficient product, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no charge.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primal Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
8. Compliance with Laws
By purchasing our products, you represent that you are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
