We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and shipped with tracking included.
Orders received after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Orders paid via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App are processed once payment is confirmed.
Orders paid via cryptocurrency are processed once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, typically within 30-60 minutes.
COLD CHAIN PACKAGING
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but we take no chances. All orders are packed with insulated materials and ice packs where appropriate.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Due to the nature of research peptides and our strict quality standards, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, with an incorrect item, or with a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@primalpeptides.xyz and we will file a claim and reship your order.
